It’s easy to lose track of Service A and B intervals, which is why all late-model Mercedes-Benz vehicles feature the Mercedes-Benz Maintenance System. This system measures the time and distance between intervals. After you reach 10,000 miles or 1 year of ownership, the system will tell you it’s time for Mercedes-Benz Service A. The second interval – Mercedes-Benz Service B – is usually needed at about 20,000 miles or 2 years of ownership – whichever comes first.
Each service notification arrives in your driver information center roughly 30 days before Service A or B comes to an end. This gives you plenty of time to pay a visit to Mercedes-Benz of Henderson’s service bay and fulfill your current interval! After all necessary repairs are finished, we’ll reset the counter, so you’re good to go for your next scheduled appointment.
