MBUX, short for “Mercedes-Benz User Experience,” is the luxury automaker’s new voice-powered infotainment system. The new system is standard on the 2019 Mercedes-Benz A-Class and can learn your preferences through artificial intelligence. Learn how MBUX can make your driving experience more enjoyable today!

Smart Voice-Powered System

MBUX’s voice-powered feature is intelligent and can understand a driver’s requests and questions even when they speak in a conversational manner. To turn on MBUX, say, “Hey, Mercedes-Benz.” Then simply continue with your question or request. Feeling a little cold inside the cabin? MBUX will understand that you want it to turn up the temperature a couple of degrees when you say, “I’m cold.”

MBUX Learns Over Time

MBUX will suggest new destinations, comfort settings, and music by learning your preferences over time. The system learns what you like to listen to and where you like to go, among other preferences, by following your driver profile. If you’re in another Mercedes-Benz vehicle, MBUX can still follow your profile there as long as that vehicle also has MBUX. Additionally, after learning your favorite features, MBUX makes it easy to access these features by placing them on the interface’s main menu.
