If you’ve ever visited our sister store, Fletcher Jones Imports, he may be a familiar face to you.  After 13 years of loyalty and hard work, it’s time to take a leap forward. Meet Mercedes-Benz of Henderson’s new Service Manager, Spencer Kaplan!

Being born and raised in Las Vegas, Spencer’s journey at Fletcher Jones began as a Porter. After a few years, he was soon promoted to a Service Advisor.  With the various positions he’s held, Spencer’s core values still remain the same. He ensures every guest receives a world-class experience and is treated with exceptional service.

“I want every guest to consider [Mercedes-Benz of Henderson their] second home,” Spencer said. Building long-term relationships and creating everlasting memories is his goal. When he isn’t creating memories at Fletcher Jones, he is making them at home with his two daughters and family.
