Going Electric, Going Off-Roading

The GLE SUV family is expanding with the new Mercedes-Benz GLE 4000e 4MATIC® plug-in hybrid model; while mild hybrids are possible with 48-volt technology and Integrated Starter Generator. The GLE 580 4MATIC® will now have the optional Off-Road Engineering Package and Trailer Route Planner.

The Off-Road Engineering Package will offer an underride guard, which when combined with AIRMATIC® Air Suspension, gives 1.2 more inches of ground clearance. The Off-Road Mode in MBUX turns gradient, roll angle, compass and steering angle into a visual experience. A Modern Look

Heightened Details

When stepping into the 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLE SUV, you’ll find fine details echoing the Mercedes-Maybach GLS and Mercedes-Benz S Class. The chrome finish on the center and side air vents and the available MANUFAKTUR Piano Black Flowing Lines trim were previously exclusive to Mercedes-Maybach GLS. The ambient lighting is that of the Mercedes-Benz S-Class.

Latest Generation of MBUX

The 2024 GLE is equipped with the second generation of Mercedes-Benz User Experience, including the more interactive and capable “Hey Mercedes” voice assistant. Over-the-Air updates allow for the latest software updates to be easily downloaded and installed in the background. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are also available to connect wirelessly.
