I have owned seven Mercedes vehicles since 1998. I have dealt with five dealerships, in three states. Mercedes Benz of Henderson ranks at the top. The service department is superb. The staff is knowledgeable, and the workmanship is top quality.
Mercedes Benz of Henderson NV sold me a car and stood tall when I had an issue with it. The people and attitude did not change after the sale. They cared and it showed. I will buy from them again in the future. They earned 5 stars..

I brought my vehicle in for servicing, but when I got it back, it had lower body damage. Upon contacting the service manager, Spencer Kaplan, he immediately denied responsibility without even examining the damage and even had the audacity to offer to repair the damages at a lower cost than their usual charge. Initially, I suspected the damage occurred while being racked prior to being worked on, but after insisting he inspect it, Kaplan claimed it was from hitting a curb. Kaplan denied having video evidence of that side of my vehicle upon pickup, and he continues to deny responsibility. As a Mercedes owner for over a decade and having purchased three Mercedes vehicles, this has been my worst experience with a Mercedes dealership! I strongly advise capturing pictures and a 360-degree video of your vehicle before leaving it for service at this location.
