When it comes to certified pre-owned programs, the Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes-Benz Program comes out on top due to its many benefits. Our team at Mercedes-Benz of Henderson compared the CPO programs of Lexus vs. Audi vs. BMW vs. Mercedes-Benz below for Bullhead City drivers.
When comparing BMW vs. Mercedes-Benz Certified Pre-Owned vehicles, BMW’s warranty is not as generous as the Mercedes-Benz certified pre-owned warranty. The Mercedes-Benz CPO warranty offers an unlimited mile warranty, while BMW limits theirs to 100,000 miles from the date the car was sold. The BMW CPO program has other limitations as well. A BMW CPO car must have a minimum of 6,000 miles, while Mercedes-Benz CPO models don’t have a minimum number of miles required. What’s more, BMW requires a $50 deductible—Mercedes-Benz doesn’t.
While both Audi and Mercedes-Benz offer 24/7 roadside assistance and no deductible for their Certified Pre-Owned Program, Mercedes-Benz offers a 7-day/500-mile Vehicle Exchange Privilege and Audi doesn’t. In fact, compared to BMW and Lexus, the Mercedes-Benz CPO Program is the only one that offers this benefit.
When comparing Lexus vs. Mercedes-Benz CPO programs, Mercedes-Benz offers additional generous benefits and a more thorough inspection. This helps ensure that Laughlin and Kingman drivers get a certified pre-owned vehicle that’s top-notch. While Lexus puts potential CPO vehicles through a 161-point inspection, Mercedes-Benz CPO vehicles must pass a 164-point inspection. Additionally, Mercedes-Benz offers CPO vehicle owners a free service loaner, while Lexus only offers a loaner vehicle for warrantable repairs that take over 8 hours.
