This visit was positive this time. A nice gentleman approached me as soon as I pulled up and went to get a service advisor. Sounds basic but that has not been my experience in the past. Offered a beverage as soon as I came inside by a very nice woman, Dennis was awesome. The time he estimated was spot on, explained the technicians recommendations, and offered some options to get them completed. The dealership staff was professional, knowledgeable, and precise in assembling the deal for us. The buying experience was efficient and pleasant. The sale price extremely reasonable and congruent with industry standards for type model vehicle purchased. We were somewhat disappointed with the limited inventory of our vehicle of interest. Additionally, The offer for our Mercedes Benz S550 as a trade was grossly insulting and quite inflexible, considering the proposed vehicle of purchase.
