I've been taking my employer's vehicle here for quite some time and each time is hassle and stress free... mainly because of our service advisor William Bane. Although the repairs have sometimes taken longer than expected, William has always made sure to stay in contact and send updates as they come - which is one of the reasons why my employer requests William each time the car needs to be seen by Mercedes. William has even gone out of his way to deliver a loaner when they were short on drivers so that my employer could have a vehicle to use for the weekend. He is very professional, nice, and delivers great customer service. Definitely recommend William anytime you need service done at Mercedes.

Great service department
Our Mercedes Sprinter camper van threw a code while on a trip. We called Mercedes of Henderson who said they could take us as soon as we could get there. We drove 100 miles out of our way and they put I back in the road that afternoon. Would recommend them for service.
The facility is above any. The entrance does get congested, but that is because it is probably the best.
My service rep is the best. This dealership is everything you can expect from a Mercedes dealership.
I have my car leased through the dealership and when I have it serviced the dealership treats you with the upmost respect and professionalism. From the minute you step out of your car to the last minute you are there. I have bought a lot of vehicles but never been treated so well as I have been at the Mercedes dealership. They always do a follow-up call to make sure you were satisfied with the work done on your vehicle.
