Journey to Fletcher Jones

Ed’s automotive journey began as a 19 year old in Chicago, where he honed his skills as an auto technician before transitioning to a sales role. Two years later, he was promoted to Used Car Manager and eventually moved into the role of General Manager at the young age of 23. Seeking to refine his leadership skills, Ed attended the prestigious NADA Academy in 2001 and set the stage for his future success.

In 2007, the allure of Southern California drew Ed to join the renowned Fletcher Jones Motorcars sales team. His tenure was marked by unparalleled success, with Fletcher Jones Motorcars reigning as the #1 Mercedes-Benz dealership for New and Used Car Sales for 24 consecutive years under his stewardship as Sales Manager and later General Sales Manager.

Fast forward to today, Ed’s passion for excellence has brought him to Nevada and he is poised to showcase the Fletcher Jones Experience at our 3 dealerships here. Our dealerships are Fletcher Jones Imports, Fletcher Jones Used Car & Truck Center and Mercedes-Benz of Henderson. He shares, “I look forward to showing our guests the Fletcher Jones Difference. They can look forward to that 5 star resort feeling when walking into our dealerships, enjoy our unwavering loyalty, and ultimately experience the best luxury automotive dealerships in Nevada. I also look forward to sharing with our Team Members what I learned working for the #1 Mercedes-Benz dealership for two decades.”

When Ed is not busy assisting our guests or Team Members, he is spending time with his grandkids. He shares, “I am dedicating my free time to helping my grandchildren develop their martial arts skills and just enjoy spending time with my family.”
