Mercedes-Benz has worked on a few Cabrio models for their cars, but they haven't been made out of the all new E-Class Coupe.

The vehicle enhancement company, Carlsson, has taken it upon themselves to improve upon an all new Mercedes-Benz E-Class two door into a drop top convertible from luxury car heaven.

The Mercedes-Benz E350 CDI Cabriolet kit from Carlsson includes enhancements for both the outside and the inside of the car.

Interior furnishings include leather and an Alcantara gear selector, aluminum door accents, suede floor mats, and aluminum pedals.

The world renowned German auto maker Mercedes-Benz is working on an updated GL-Class vehicle which is known as their SUV.

Some sources report that this next-gen GL is due sometime in late 2012, however, AutoExpress reports this prototype as another major facelift for the GL-Class which will go on sale in early 2011.

The GL, a wagon/SUV creation will get new front end styling from some of the attributes of the present day E-Class. The new and improved GL will be built on a stretched version of the next generation ML platform.

It was confirmed that luxury auto maker, Mercedes-Benz, is producing an all-electric SLS AMG roadster to be launched sometime in 2013.

Mercedes-Benz "E-Cell" promises to be the world's first all-electric supercar; wtih hopes to trump the Tesla Roadster in both price and performance.

Power for the E-Cell will be provided by four electric motors - all motors are to be located at the back end of the vehicle . Each will be capable of revving up to 12,000 rpm.
